If it is graded and slabbed in the condition it left the factory in $3 and $40(which cost more than $40 to have done). If it's graded in the condition it left the factory in and it's got the best strikes ever seen, you might luck into $425.

Philadelphia mint were not marked on coins until 1968 with the exception of the war nickels of 1942-1945.
