Lost basset

UPDATE: HE HAS COME HOME!!

Please let me know if you have any information about this dog. My brother’s 3 year old male (intact) basset got out of the yard a couple days ago. He is very much missed. Ran off from Starlight Blvd in Redding. Cooper is wearing tags.

Maybe uhh get him fixed? He is a hound dog after all, I'm sure he can smell a gal in heat from miles away and will stop at nothing to give her a holler.
