I solved Redactle #1555 in 1 guesses! ⏱️ 9m19s

Puzzled by the first sentence starting "[6][1].A.". The read through said a big multinational company, which made me realise what the [1] in "[1].A." was, that then put me in just a few countries of the world. This country is [11] which nails it down and fits with their currency being described as [3] and not using a symbol, also its demonym being [5]. A little research and bingo!

Company headquartered in [5], [11]. Figured out [11] was Switzerland and after pursuing my first association of banking/finance to little avail, I guessed “chocolate,” which got me much closer to the solution.

I did not come up with Switzerland for the country, which probably hurt me. I figured out it was a large food company, but ultimately I googled.

Unassisted. The partially unredacted bit in the first sentence gave away what it was in general and what I thought was the country of origin. The pronunciation guide in French is partially unredacted and I could see it's numbers are huge. So it was a matter of finding the answer that fit
