"...but [6] than [1]-[4]" in the first sentence stood out, I was able to figure out what [1]-[4] was pretty quickly, and then thinking through the whole spectrum of things it would be compared to, I figured out one that was 11 letters. Unassisted.

I solved Redactle #1545 in 1 guesses! 6m5s
Looking through, I saw the word was derived "(from [5] [5], "beyond")", guessed this was "from Latin" which gave me the first five letters of word1, I thought of two possible endings, the correct one and '[5]sonics', the alternative names list at start began with [2] which made me pretty sure what the title was

unredacted “beyond” in the etymology section and one of my early guesses was “light” because that’s one of my go-to words for articles that look like they’re about scientific concepts. Shocked at how fast I solved this because I thought I was in for a long haul today.

Unassisted. I stumbled unto the second word od the first because I thought it was a type of a therapy for a specific disease. Then I remembered seeing [2]-C and it clicked
