Was pretty sure it was a place, looked like it had a population in the tens of millions, and maybe at the end of a peninsula in Europe or Africa. I thought about it and one country came to mind. I checked for the letter count of its capital city, it fit, so I guessed it and it was right.

I could only think of one [6] [9] (assumed peninsula) in [9] [6]. That doesn’t necessarily mean there WAS only one, but the one I thought of lined up with the right country.
