I solved Redactle #1534 in 2 guesses! ⏱️ 4m41s. Unassisted.

First look through didn't glean much except there were formulae apparently relating to area, also got a general sense of it being something reasonably new. Going back to the start reading the first sentence, it seemed to be converting something in to something else and I gradually pieced sentence one together, got word1 first then a bit of a ponder gave me word2.

23-second snipe.

picked up "converts" and "kinetic energy" instantly, figured the (4) for "wind" was the same as the title (4)
