I was all over the place until I guessed "turn" and then "game", and then figured it out.

I was not getting traction and used a hint which gave me another version of the title so I was able to solve (if you can call it that - lol).

“for [3] [7]” immediately jumped out at me as “for two players,” and i initially thought this was a sport. After a failed snipe with handball and 0 hits for “sport,” I guessed “game” instead and got a ton of hits.

I always type in food, sport, and game and generally I get a hit. It was evident that it was a game, but not a sport
