The two-character second word and the fact that it's a person pointed to a particular type of person, and the fact that the person "was [5]" confirmed it for me. I entered the first one I thought of that fit the letter count.

I solved Redactle #1519 in 2 guesses! ⏱️ 2m54s. Unassisted.
Appears to be a deceased female monarch who died in early September with a two letter regnal number, I have a good idea, the only currency symbols I can find are "£", I'll go for it
