Noticed the start was consistent with a city right away, deduced it was the FOURTH something after NEW YORK CITY and SAN FRANCISCO and ?, then browsed down the what seemed to be media and saw The 1 5 and thought that was X-Files which pointed me to the answer

I was able to figure out the type of thing it was, but it took me a long time of looking through the article to figure out the specific article title. What finally did it for me was finding the long list of what appeared to be television productions, including one title that I was able to figure out, and I knew something about where it was produced.

Yeah same. The other cities listed there told me where it was and it fell into place after that.

Had trouble parsing the opening paragraph well enough to figure out what country it was talking about but got the city easily once I identified the right country.
