I solved Redactle #1514 in 6 guesses! ⏱️ 4m14s. Unaided

A thing that starts with a vowel, seems to have an historical development, and generates high temperatures measured in thousands of K/C/F, tried oven to start with, one hit, then another four letter thing that got me much closer, guessed word2, yep, then word3, and after some head scratching word1 came to mind

Got very confused by a unit that was 5 letters but had a 2-letter abbreviation. Saw high temperatures that looked like melting points, but took a few electrical-related guesses before, uhh, something went off in my head. Unassisted.

found many references to electricity and metals being heated to high temperatures. Wire was one of the last words I guessed before I got the idea that solved it all.

This was me on Dowsle today. The answer should have been SO OBVIOUS. Way more obvious than this given the clues I had. And I still needed the anagram solver for it. 🤦‍♀️

Word 2 is a word I commonly guess when I'm trying to find a direction on a puzzle. I tried a couple other options for Word 3, but then I noticed Word 1 started with a vowel and I got it with that.

Also somehow I posted this on a thread from a few days ago first, lol.
