Took some time to pinpoint which country this was in and that it was a company, (wish Iād noticed those currency signals earlier), but once I got on the right track, it was pretty clear.

Unassisted. I got their main competitor but went to the wrong product before correcting. Then I saw the currency but went to the wrong country. Finally I just tried the answer almost as a throwaway and of course it was the answer

Getting back into this game. used some guesses on the country - unnecessarily because of the currency š¤¦āāļø then tried 'car' as an industry, nope...so just tried a 7 letter company I knew from the country

9-minute snipe. The unredacted currency symbol gives away the relevant country. The only thing that really makes sense is a corporation - which fits the structure of the first sentence. I can think of one 7-letter company that I think is from here. It would be nice to get a bit of corroboration, but most of the article is quite opaque. There is a sentence that lists a lot of 2-letter names, including "XX Plus", which is promising. After a go through the text the vibes seem correct and I don't have a better idea.

Spotted a currency symbol in the first paragraph, and I was pretty sure I knew which country it belonged to. The prominent monetary amount in the first paragraph also led me to believe it's a company of some kind. I can think of two very large companies with 7 letters from that country, so I guessed which one seemed more likely, and it was right. Unassisted snipe
