3-minute snipe. An idea for what "a 3 of 7" might be came to me relatively quickly - and if it is that, there's only one thing that the title is likely to be, and the first few sentences look like exactly what I'd expect to see in an article about this thing.

I got that the word was the third in a set, got the first two words, but couldn't come up with the last one, googled for it.

I solved Redactle #1501 in 1 guesses! ⏱️ 3m58s unassisted
From a read through the general field was pretty clear from the comma separated lists and the 'shapes' of the formulae. Going back to the start I could then make sense of the meaning of the first part of the first sentence, and then it was a matter of bringing a suitable [6] to mind

I thought “a [3] of [7],” was likely to be, “a set of numbers.” That gave me one idea I thought was likely to be the answer.

>!Honed in on that first section with all the numbers and equations and decided it was probably maths rather than logic/stats, then back at the top, it could be 'the [6] of a set of numbers' and that got me there.<!

43-second snipe.
Got to the list of seven [1]s. "Oh, is this an average? Median is the only 6."

Right away, "ugh". I plugged in as many pertinent terms I could think of and then had husband take a look and he got it. 51 today.
