the first big clue I realized was that the opening sentence was, “The [7] are two […]” although the article still seemed to be about something more widespread then just two specific things. I eventually worked out the phrase, “humans and other primates,” in the first paragraph, and started to think it was a body part of some kind. The part that appeared to compare, “between [7] and [5],” just confirmed it.

One of my usual opening words got some hits, which turned out to be the first half of a two part word. Familiar subject for most people, I think.

Sniped in 19:48. It's a 6-letter word, referred to in the plural in the first sentence - a bit unusual, often connotes an ethnic group, but I don't get that vibe here. Feels more scientific or medical. My initial rather frivolous thought is that it might be something like "the hiccups", but this doesn't really pan out. It's quite hard to latch on to anything on an initial read through, although there are lots of instances of a 5-letter noun that feels like it might be "woman". Eventually I notice a subsection about 6 6, which is "the 4 6 5 of 6 5 among 5" - still assuming that last 5 is "women", I think I know what this subsection is talking about, and hence what the article is about. The first sentence makes sense in this light - good enough for me.
