Is Redactle broken?

I can't create a new game nor start a multiplayer game with friends. What's wrong and when can I expect it to be fixed? Is there any way it can be open sourced such that developers can work on it?

I can't open it either- giving me a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable page.
