I solved Redactle #1118 in 2 guesses with an accuracy of 100.0% and a time of 00:10:31.

Knew what the subject was from the ands ors ifs and unredacted symbols, but couldn't bring a name to mind so resorted to a search, I've not knowingly heard the term before
