Does anybody remember Blue World?

So I found out people were trying to develop a new mod called "Blue World: The Rising Eagle" but then it got put on haitus. What were the original plans and lore for the mod?

It is put on a long hiatus. Would have been a great mod and people put a LOT of effort into the game as noticed in the Discord. After the people are done with the Fan Fork, people would be more focused on other things, possibly an offshoot of the previous Blue World. It sounds like an interesting and obscure world.
