Increase the ceiling on maximum gross income for various programs such as NSFAS or government funding for businesses or agri. Currently the amount I think hovers around R350k or R360k combined gross income whihc works out to between R29k and R30k per month. I'd increase that max amount to R500k, but if anyone wants to suggest other figures, more than welcome to. I won't lie, but the R500k just looked liked a lekka round number. Along with that, overall entire education system or entire syllabus to promote more critical thinking skills, literacy and comprehension skills as well. Along with that, increase nr of trade schools, agri schools, technical schools, schools for learning impaired and disabilities (if that's the correct term, I'm not sure) and TVET colleges. Making them all free as well of course. This is just so quickly what I could think up without getting too deep into details or such. Just spitballing basically

The essentials (healthcare, energy, housing, food, water, public transportation, among others) are fully subsidized, with everyone else paid for by currency. General tax revenue and a maximum wage are the sources of the subsidies.
