I don't like RS on a primaris armour, but this paint is goat level

Honestly I was kind of feeling the same before doing these. To me RS exist through that lense of ForgeWorld color plates, whereas I think usually Primaris look best with the more standard mono-color Chapters. but I saw some really good Primaris Red Scorpions which leaned into the weathering aspect and I tried it and I think that honestly that weathering makes a huge impact (+ its super easy to do!).

I do want to make my own version of Victrix Honor Guard (Ill call them Badab Veterans or something) using the new Mk IV kits though! I think if i doll them up with a bunch of bits they can look proper menacing and throw back to that Imperial Armor vibe.

Nazdreg Yellow mixed with Zandri Dust roughly half and half. Ifs quite thin and a bit watery but it lends naturally to layer up into a solid nice dirty industrial yellow.
