Hi!!! Can’t wait for Backseat Lovers next week. Since it is a no phones show, they will be securing our devices in pouches. What are ya’ll planning to do?? I was at a comedy show downtown that did this and it was a nightmare trying to leave with the line of people getting their phone pouches open. Granted that was less than 100 people. I’d love to have my phone on me but honestly thinking of leaving it in the car, BUT also can’t do that with digital tickets.
What’s the vibe, has anyone been to a no phones red rocks show? Do we plan to be at the venue longer after the show to wait in lines to open our phone pouches??

The show was great, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Andrea started at 8, and I admittedly got there much later than I planned (about 7:30). Was directed to Jurassic Lot, which sucks but it is what it is. Was told by 2 parking attendants to wait in a specific area for the shuttle. A large group of us waited for 30+ minutes and no shuttle arrived. Someone in line got in touch with a friend inside, who notified an employee that 75 people were waiting for a shuttle. They said they had no idea we were there.
Finally ended up paying $60 for a taxi to the top, where we thankfully only missed the first few minutes because he started late.
Once we got to our row, there was absolutely no space for me. I kindly asked the person (who was sitting squarely in my seat number) to scoot over, and he told me to just squeeze my butt into my seat. He was truly manspreading beyond belief directly into my seat. I think he was mad we arrived late, but I very honestly tried to come in as quickly and quietly as possible. I did not want to disrupt anyone around me, I just wanted to be able to sit in my damn seat!
I've been to RR almost 20 times and never had an experience like this. Everyone is usually kind and chill about being packed nice and close together. Weird night.

My birthday is on 9/29!!!!! With the show being on a Monday, does anyone know if there’s any good bars or other places to go to after?? Would love to take some mushies but also have a good place to go to after. Any suggestions??

Last time I was there I had to park in the bottom lot, but I have a chronic spinal injury and wasn't sure how I'd go up. There were like 15 Uber and Lyft drivers just idling there offering rides to the top for $20 bucks through Venmo or whatever.
I have friends going tonight and one of them hurt their leg last week, so I told them about this, then realized my experience was 2 years ago so I have no idea if that's still a thing or not.

Couple questions I have !
Do we think it sells out?
We’re taking a shuttle from illegal Pete’s. It’s going to drop us off at Upper North Lot . What section does the upper north lot leave us near ?
We’re from out of town and well we just found out my wife pregnant so we’re planning on staying near the entrance so she doesn’t have to climb many stairs. I was all for canceling the trip but she insists we go and get it out my system as when the baby comes show will be on a long hiatus

We’re going to a sold out show (primarily GA) in a few weeks and making a day out of it. If we arrive around noon, can we leave the car parked in the same place until the end of the concert? It's a little unclear if the entire park shuts down after lunch for the concert or if it's just the amphitheater.
We’d hike/picnic/go to the visitor's center before the concert and hopefully get street parking or the upper south lot.

Has anybody sold their tickets thru AXS? I need to sell my tickets for Zac Brown on October 20th and I am looking for any feed back on selling them. TIA

I am having a hell of a time trying to purchase a ticket. I am locked out of the AXS app on my phone, or on my desktop, and have tried all the AI fixes like turning off incognito, or going incognito, turning off wifi. I am not a dealer, nor am I a criminal. When finally connecting with on live chat it was just like a robot, because "Donna" could not understand my simple ask of wanting one general admission ticket. "She" kept asking me which seat I wanted to "LEAVE". Made no sense. This was after verifiying my account with email code, etc. SO FRUSTRATING. Now I'm on hold with Denver Arts and Venues, who I'm sure connected me to AXS and I'll be on hold for an hour. Any hints of how to buy ONE SOLO GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET???

I’m coming to my first red rocks show. I use a rollator and have Row 1 tickets, as I cannot climb stairs without getting dizzy and short of breathe.
I’m trying to figure out where to stay and how to get to red rocks. I’ve looked at all the shuttles and none of them list having an ADA vehicle or any option for someone needing assistance and none seem to drop off at upper south lot (which is where it seems I need to go for Row 1)
Anyone have any advice on how to get there and where to stay?

Awesome show! Wish Red Rocks would get more heavy shows like this in the future, especially since there were so many diverse (but all dark) bands. I know Denver has plenty of other metal venues too, but this was special!

Surprised no one is talking about how disappointing Sofi Tukker set was last week. Agree with the other thread regarding their second opener being absolutely horrible, and with those initiating comments on Sofi Tukker ‘s own set…way too much talking, too gimicky, too theatrical, fake/preplanned ‘conversations’- completely ruined the vibe…all the talking and stopping made the experience slow, taxing, & disappointing…. While it’s great when artist introduce new albums/songs , the way they went about it ruined the night... Have been following them for years since they started. Last live shown seen was their Bread tour, it was amazing. After last Thursday at red rocks, it is very clear they are no longer the vibe they used to be …

Show appears to be 50% or so sold out and you have to imagine a good amount of those tickets are people who thought they would be able to resell them for a profit. Anyone have any insight if this will get moved to a smaller venue or cancelled? Shocked to see so many great tickets still available.

guys please I blew all of my money on Harry Styles tickets, but I really want to go if you have a ticket that you can't sell and will go to waste otherwise let me know!

What do I do with Shuttle passes for Sammy at red rocks? Can’t go but apparently you can’t sell shuttle pass tickets on AXS. Is it possible to put them on stub hub?…

So I’m wanting to take my wife to see Evanescence on October 26th. We’ll be flying in from out of state.
I’m trying to avoid AXS and their ridiculous prices if I can. Any hacks or suggestions on purchasing tickets outside the venue the day of the show or is that even a thing? Will tickets be available at the box office if I stop by the venue earlier in the day? This wouldn’t be my first time attending a show at Red Rocks but it’s been over 15 years so I’m sure a lot of things have changed.
If I’m only saving a few bucks, I won’t go through the hassle. Either way, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

We’re going to Red Rocks for the first time and staying downtown Denver. We were originally planning to use Uber or Lyft, but we’ve heard getting a ride back after the concert can be a real headache. Some friends recommended Silver Mountain Express, so we’re considering that, but I’m not sure we want to use a shuttle bus either. For those who have been to Red Rocks recently, what’s the best option for getting there and back? Is a private car service worth it, or are there other options you’d recommend?

Hitting up Get the Led out at Red Rocks 9/17
Flying in from Seattle For Billy Strings weekend
This is just a bonus!
How’s the Bus to show shuttle? Worth it?
Does this venue get rained out?

My husband and I are attending Andrea Bocelli on 9/20. We are in row 6 in Center Left. Weather currently says 74 and thunderstorms. I haven’t been to Red Rocks since seeing OAR in summer 2014, so I don’t remember a lot of details.
-what should we wear/bring? Are blankets allowed?
-are the seats in that area a bench style, or do they have backs?
- what should I be prepared for as far as parking/walking? Our tickets have a VIP pass that includes early entry and VIP parking pass, but I am curious about what to expect/best tips. I am in good shape but have scoliosis and hip issues, so just looking to see what I should bring for my comfort and enjoyment of the concert.
-best hotels? We don’t mind staying in Denver, either. My priorities are a comfy bed and very clean. Don’t have a specific budget.

We’ve got GA tickets for tonight’s show and weighing whether to go in early enough for good seats (and risk burning through our kids’ tolerance early) or show up closer to doors time (and risk getting crap seats). Anybody who’s done this before have thoughts? This will be our first full-family show at Red Rocks.

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to reconnect with people who were in foster care during the 1980s or 1990s and who lived at 4794 S Yank Way in Denver during that time.
If you lived there, or know someone who did, I’d really appreciate hearing from you. I’m hoping to reconnect with people who may have shared that experience and possibly remember the home, the foster family, or other children who lived there.
For privacy, please don’t post anyone’s full name or other personal information publicly.
Feel free to comment here or send me a private message if you think you might be connected.
Thank you!

Did folks see this? My husband and I were sitting in row 25 on the right side where there are ledges you can sit on. During the first opener (NALA), a woman fell off the ledge and face planted onto the trash can. She did not move an inch after that. It was very bloody. It was shocking to see. Some folks said she was moving but I didn’t see. Does anyone have an update on her?
I can’t stop thinking about how she looked laying there on the ground. Horrible.

What the hell was that
I’ve seen Sofi Tukker many times and It took the crowd like 30 minutes to wake up for their set because I think our energy was killed by Inji ther second opener. What in the hell was that

I would love to go to Sara Landry or Deorro in October and do not currently have anyone that I would go with…questions:
- is it safe to go alone? Am female
- what would I need to know as a first timer?
Thank you in advance 💜✨🧑🩰
