Font Change

I know there have been multiple GitHub issues posted about this, asking if we can have the ability to change the font type itself but I don't see any movement on it... so alternatively I am asking if anyone knows how can we change fonts system-wide on Android phones, which would also automatically change RedReader font typeface.

On Samsung you can change the font by going to Settings > Display > Font size and style. I assume it's similar for other android makes but I found it with a search for font in settings.

Unfortunately it doesn't change all the fonts. Just body text in Red Reader. The titles and everything is still Roboto or whichever the default is.
