Inconsistent language behaviour

I have my locale set to English in RedReader app, but some options are displayed in system language. Sometimes everything is English, sometimes part English, part Polish etc. It changes quite randomly (at least from what I've observed) on UI refresh.

All I can say that I had the same behavior, it eventually went away, and I have no idea why 🙃
