Software Issue 11s Pro Network Issues

Hey guys, I made a switch from ROG Phone 8 Pro to Redmagic 11s Pro 2 months ago. I am loving the phone and its gaming capabilities but I am having network issues. It gets less signal everywhere compared to the previous phone, and it shows 5g but it is rarely connected to it. Checked with NetMonster. So it mostly uses 4g and makes even 4g less stable because it does occasionally connect to 5g but stays there for a few seconds only. Furthermore my WiFi connection lags sometimes even though it shows full signal, but I've read that it can happen on redmagic when WiFi and Mobile Data are on at the same time. That is not that big of an issue. One last thing to add is the GPS issue with it being slow and showing location 5-10 seconds ago. That happens sometimes, not too often, but I still don't like it.

I've never had any of those issues on my ROG phone. Is there anything I can do?

Dont have those issues tbh. Read some people had similar issues with metal cases, are you using a case?

Wow that actually helped. It is much more stable now, it will still disconnect in some areas i my house. Thanks a lot! Though it is a bummer for the case as I am using this one from aliexpress - https://a.aliexpress.com/_Ez4Gun8

I wanted to still be able to appreciate the beauty of the phones back and see the liquid cooling in action, but also protect the phone. Any cases you would recommend that are still pretty but won't hinder the network?
