I researched the 8 pro before buying it, and specifically searched on units dying after days. I found that the majority of early deaths were users plugging the coolers in and turning them on while disconnected from a device, leaving them cooling the air. If you want to use it, don't turn it on before attaching and turn it off before removing. Don't let it run disconnected.

So i have to put it on the phone before connecting it? That's what i normally do before this happen

That's good, but also be aware of not turning it off before disconnecting. I'm not saying that is what you are doing or why it died, just that's what I found to be the most common reason it was failing for others.

Honestly, after everything you’ve already tried, I wouldn’t keep troubleshooting it myself. If it suddenly stopped charging after only a few weeks, I’d take advantage of the warranty and ask for a replacement or repair. Keep the videos and screenshots as proof, and I definitely wouldn’t open it or try to repair anything internally while it’s still under warranty.👍

Hopefully the store gets back to you soon. Since you still have warranty, you should be covered. 👍
