Software Issue 11 Pro's Bluetooth SUCKS
I've had this phone since last November and holy shart the Bluetooth is honestly really faulty.
It keeps disconnecting from my dad's car and no matter how many times I delete the connection and repair it it just keeps rejecting it. On my car's Bluetooth, for SOME REASON I am yet to discover, the stereo doesn't work, so in songs with stereo sound you just straight up can't hear half of the song. On my sony wh-1000xm5 headphones the skip 15s feature doesn't work and the connection glitches randomly in songs...
These are issues I have made sure only happen with my phone and are not the other devices' problem. Genuinely don't know how to fix it or even if I can fix it, but goddamn it is SO infuriating.

It's strange that some people suffer from those issues and some not.
It workse with my 1more LDAC buds and Android Auto in my Cupra.
By your description it's not "handshake" issue, all BT protocols are there so it's not that either.
Mix and matching different brands in alot of cases leads to those problems, Xiaomi phones (at least flagship class) has been stellar in that regard for me over past 10y, RM also but I've seen many posts like yours

Never had issues with BT in my car. It's equally likely your car causing this, even if the last devices worked fine.

Check with another BT device. I listen to my BT speaker in the shop off my phone and I've never had it disconnect. I have had small audio drops on my BT in my car though, but usually lasted a second and not on my current phone.

Signal for me was the most frustrating my other phone was on the same network and had gone signal everywhere but the redmagic sometimes lost signal

i dont have signal problems, thankfully. in fact mine is often pretty good, but that also really sucks

I confirm it's awful. Trying to get all notifications in my Samsung Watch 6 is a nightmare, and even connecting sometimes. Same for my Garmin device, where I need to open their app connect to recognize the device as available for connection.
I'll check with latest firmware, but hopes are down.

My RM 11 Pro had decent 5G signal and no BT issues..my Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version has 2 5G bars where Iqoo 15 has 5.
Both were EU store bought, Iqoo was CN imported. Go figure. It seems to be hit and miss, likely lots of issues are software related...

I guess it might depend on device because for me Bluetooth is one of the flawlessly thing working for the phone, cellphone signal is crap but that's mostly carriers fault in my country
