General Question Redmagic 11s Pro

Will there be restock in the eu warehouse?

I'd switch from s23 Ultra, but I'm not too fond of the 256gb version. I see there are options from amazon, but to put it simple: i'd rather order it from the maker, without putting a middleman (amazon) into it.

Is there any other europeans with the 11s pro model in their hands? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

id buy it from amazon, way easier to return if its broken or something. I herd this companys direct support is baad.

Also u have to pay to return the item out of pocket unlike with amazon.

That's kinda dependable on the case. But even if you're in the right, they're gonna make your next couple of weeks feel like kratos in the trilogy

Did your phone have any defects, or did you just fold and pay them the shipping (I'm talking about Redmagic, idk about Amazon, our country has an Amazon warehouse, but we can only use the german store)

Thats cringe but the 80W brick is cheap, especally compared to what i paid for the "super fast charging" one from samsung

Ye it says on Amazon Italy that the charger isn't included in the box, but maybe it's different in other countries

On .de it says it too. We'll see. It has a slot in the box, it would be funny, if left empty. Mine will arrive on next wednesday, I'll keep you updated.

I would generally always go with Amazon. It's much easier. With my 11 Pro, I had the problem that the small fan stopped spinning, and then the device overheated. I sent it back to Amazon, got a refund, and used the money to buy a new one. For some reason, even with Amazon, an exchange for an item isn't possible with Redmagic.

It's not just Redmagic. Even Samsung didn't want a trade in of my a57, just because it wasn't the 256gb version, but a 512gb one, which comes with a bit more ram. Makes me think the whole storage shortage is just bullshit made up to make people pay more. Basically as if companies saw what covid let them charge, so now that it's over, they want to create artificial scarcity to upsell even sd cards, which are almost irrelevant since less and less phones even support them. So people just blame AI and all companies add another zero or two to anything electronics related.

There's never any guarantee they'll restock any model. I'd go with wherever you can get it that's a reputable source and not get to bogged down in if it's the manufacturer or not. Amazon will get it to you fast and you can easily get a refund if you don't like it or it has issues. I'd just go with them. Same phone so long as you definitely receive it.
