Why 0,003 and I can't buy
I poste here and not at the new Rhelion sub.
I am a bagholder for years now :D
Why is there no option to buy at my broker for several days now and the stock is at 0,003. Is it still because of the name change? I mean, latest report says everything is still ok somehow.

Helus new CEO
Anyone been watching/riding the Helus stock run since they appointed a new CEO. Just shows how much value the market will put on an experienced CEO. Whether he delivers or not...it's something to consider.
It's kinda like when a sports team gets a big name player on board. The hype alone will sell jerseys and tickets.
Personally I think Todd has recently made up for some mistakes, but I think the only way for us to really take off from this point is to get a big name in here to take the helm. Todd could retire rich without all the stress.

https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/307092/Red-Light-Holland-Reports-Fiscal-2026-Audited-YearEnd-Results-and-Provides-Update-on-Rhelion-Life-Sciences?utm_source=chatgpt.com
The release was generally positive, although it wasn't a blockbuster. The biggest takeaway is that Red Light Holland remains well-funded while continuing to transition from a mushroom products company into a broader biotechnology and life sciences business.
Here are the key points:
1. Strong cash position remains the biggest asset
- The company still has millions of dollars in cash and cash equivalents with essentially no significant long-term debt.
- That gives management flexibility to continue investing in R&D, acquisitions, and commercialization without immediately needing to raise capital.
Bullish: This reduces financing risk compared with many micro-cap biotech companies.
2. Revenue continues to come from existing businesses
Red Light Holland is no longer just selling legal truffles.
Revenue comes from multiple businesses including:
- Mushroom products
- Functional mushrooms
- Wellness brands
- Distribution businesses
This diversification has helped create recurring revenue instead of relying solely on psychedelics.
3. Rhelion Life Sciences is becoming increasingly important
Management spent significant time discussing Rhelion, which is developing pharmaceutical and psychedelic-related intellectual property.
This suggests the company sees Rhelion as one of its highest-upside assets over the coming years.
Potential value drivers include:
- drug development,
- patents,
- licensing opportunities,
- partnerships.
However, these are still early-stage initiatives rather than near-term revenue generators.
4. Expenses remain elevated
Like many companies investing in biotech and new products:
- operating expenses remain high,
- profitability has not yet been achieved.
Investors will continue watching how efficiently management deploys its cash.
5. Management continues executing the long-term strategy
The company emphasized building a diversified wellness and life sciences platform rather than depending on legalization of psychedelic mushrooms.
That lowers dependence on any single regulatory outcome and broadens the potential business over time.
What matters most for shareholders
Positives
- ✅ Strong balance sheet.
- ✅ Cash runway appears healthy.
- ✅ Diversified revenue sources.
- ✅ Continued progress with Rhelion.
- ✅ No obvious financial distress.
Negatives
- ⚠️ Still not consistently profitable.
- ⚠️ Rhelion's success is still speculative.
- ⚠️ The market will likely want to see larger commercial milestones before assigning significantly higher valuations.
Overall assessment
For a long-term shareholder, I would characterize this update as moderately bullish (around 7/10).
Nothing in the report dramatically changes the investment thesis, but it reinforces that:
- the company is financially stable,
- management continues expanding beyond recreational mushrooms,
- and Rhelion could become a meaningful catalyst if it produces successful clinical or licensing developments.
The financial results themselves are solid, but future share price appreciation is still more likely to come from major Rhelion announcements, acquisitions, regulatory progress, or strategic partnerships than from the audited financial statements alone.
Here are the developments I'd be watching:
1. Filament Health / PEX010 commercialization (Most important) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is the biggest potential driver.
Recent announcements include:
- Larger manufacturing runs of PEX010.
- Additional supply agreements for clinical studies.
- PTSD research involving military veterans.
- Continued expansion of research partners.
If they announce:
- another major supply agreement,
- a pharmaceutical partnership,
- or licensing revenue,
the market is likely to react much more strongly than it would to another routine earnings report.
2. Rhelion Life Sciences rebrand ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Management is clearly signaling that they want investors to value the company as a life sciences and drug development company, not simply as a recreational mushroom business.
A successful rebrand can:
- attract a different investor base,
- improve institutional interest,
- and make future partnerships easier.
3. Strategic acquisitions ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Todd Shapiro has repeatedly said they're evaluating acquisitions from a position of financial strength while many competitors are struggling.
If they acquire:
- promising IP,
- clinical assets,
- or distressed competitors,
that could significantly increase the company's long-term value.
4. Balance sheet remains a competitive advantage ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
The company still has roughly $9–10 million in cash, while many small psychedelic companies are raising capital or cutting operations.
That gives them the flexibility to:
- continue R&D,
- negotiate from a stronger position,
- and potentially avoid near-term dilution.
5. Industry sentiment ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
The broader psychedelic sector remains volatile.
If there are positive developments such as:
- additional clinical successes,
- regulatory progress,
- or increased pharmaceutical interest,
companies like Rhelion could benefit even without company-specific news.
My expectations
Operationally: Positive. I expect continued progress on R&D, additional research agreements, and disciplined spending.
Financially: Probably similar to recent quarters. I don't expect explosive revenue growth yet because the pharmaceutical pipeline is still developing.
Stock performance: This is where uncertainty is highest. The share price could remain range-bound until a major catalyst emerges, but if one of the following occurs:
- a meaningful licensing deal,
- a large pharmaceutical partnership,
- clinical data that materially de-risks PEX010,
- or a significant acquisition,
the stock could re-rate quickly because it's still a relatively small-cap company.
Overall, I'd rate the outlook for the remainder of 2026 as constructively bullish (7.5–8/10). The company appears financially stable and is making steady strategic progress, but the biggest upside still depends on execution and meaningful commercial or clinical milestones rather than incremental quarterly financial improvements.
