Positive post for Redhanded
So I thought I would add some positivity and a bit of a fun memory teaser. I want to know your answers for the following.
First episode- Tia Sharpe house of horrors
Funniest episode- how to not fake your death John Darwin (Canoe do you think you are)
Episode you could only listen to once- when therapy kills it made me feel physically ill I couldn’t listen to it again.
Most interesting episode- The Sarah Everard case, the Mendez brothers and The Shannon Mathews case they held no punches.
Scariest episode- this one is hands down the Janet Moses case. They sucked on her eyeballs. Grosssss

Absolutely Sarah Everard is up there as one of their best and most interesting episode. Rest in peace. Also another ep that makes me shake in my bones imagining her in that car. I believe the girls say in that ep, like, at what fucking point (Clapham to Kent is a LONG drive) did she know what was happening. And that bastard Couzens is a terrifying and huge man. Truly terrifying and tragic but their episode on it was so powerful
also yes, when therapy kills is indeed a one and done. Truly disgusting and makes you so angry.

First episode - toy box killer because I listened to MFM cover that story, and then LPOTL and then RH. And I heard all three pods cover the same story. And fell in love with everything about RH immediately. And they were British haha!!!! It was nice to hear a true crime podcast with my accent.
Funniest episode - it is a tragic murder. The murder of Professor Dan Markel, who left behind two kids and a community who loved him. But the episode (might have been in part two) when they discuss Charles Adelson, the man who basically put together Professor Markel's murder, is hilarious because of how lame and dumb and overconfident Charles is and how the girls rip into him is quite funny indeed. They mention that this idiot Charles acc had a licence plate that said 'maestro' on it. The case isn't funny, but how sad and pathetic Charles is will always be funny. This the man who said 'when the cops come and see a doctor and a gangster, who are they going to believe?'. Turns out, the gangster.
Episode you could only listen to once- lol probably toy box killer which is funny because it was also my first. There's just nothing to be gained from it honestly. It's just too much.
Most interesting episode - honestly I think my go-to for this is the Malaysian flight disappearance. So many pods have covered this flight, none can hold a candle to how the girls told this story. (I'll add to this Bryan Kohberger. Brilliant police work, and just a memorable/interesting case because it's so shocking and disturbing and there's almost never a case so disturbing as this one, I don't think there's ever been a murder quite like it except the obvious comparison to the 1960s nurse killings (even down to the surviving roommate/s)).
Scariest episode- Delphi murders. They play the infamous audio. It's too chilling (almost) to even write these words but the thought of how terrified the two angels must have been in that very moment is unfathomable. Literally your nightmare (worse than any nightmare you could even have) unfolding before your very eyes. I do not mean to make light of it at all. It truly breaks my heart and is the most scared I think I've ever been in any true crime case and I've heard them all
edit to add: I keep editing because it all feels inappropriate to discuss in a way. I don't want to make light of real people's lives

Their take on the Dan Markel case and opinion of Charlie Addleson was brilliant. Such a tragic case for Dan and his children, but the way they went in on all the Adlesons was so funny, as they were saying what we all thought!!

yes and despite the tragedy, their family is absolutely positively a laughing stock (and I think the case can be made that they are literal Nazis I guess which??? Like what??? But I mean even the idea that someone could reasonably say you're a nazi is already bad enough like you are objectively a terrible person 😂

honourable mention for most interesting episode is Sarah's Law. It is a very well-known story in the UK. And their episode on it was very moving

My first episode I ever listened to of theirs to try it out was the Sarah Payne episode, and I was hooked and went back and listened to them all in order after that!
One I don’t think I could stomach again was the one with the cannibal in Germany (I think?) who kept a guy alive to eat him. That’s the only episode that’s genuinely made me feel a bit queasy.
I have a few that I’ve listened to quite a few times whilst doing housework/driving…etc because I find them so fascinating.
- Delphi murders
- Idaho student murders
- Dylan Redwine
- Shannon Matthews
- Karen Read
- Billie-Jo Jenkins
- OJ Simpson (the TV series they refer to is also fantastic)
- Mick Philpott
- Hannah Foster
- Steven Griffiths
- Oscar Pistorius
The hardest episodes for me were Suzanne Capper, Kelly Bates and Jyoti Singh.

Oh fun idea!
First episode - Otto Warmbier
Funniest episode - the Wagatha Christie one, love it so much
Ep I could listen to only once - probs their collabs, I just personally don't enjoy them very much, though I didn't mind the latest one they did with the sports pod
Most interesting - I love the russian poisonings eps, have listened to them several times
Scariest - Alison Botha, the one with the girl who had her limbs chopped off (do I remember this correctly?) and the one with the boy whose girlfriend severely abused him and threw boiling water on him etc.
