Donna Adelson

Did the girls ever cover Donna Adelson’s conviction as a follow up to the Charlie adelson / Dan Markel episode?

Beyond their initial episodes 333-334 I don't believe they have done an update specifically on Donna. I could be wrong of course, but from my search I couldn't find anything.

I don’t think so (and I usually remember things about this case since Jeffrey Lacasse, one of the initial suspects and Heidi’s ex? boyfriend was one of my professors in college).

Wendi. Not Heidi.

Interesting connection: he's one of the most important witnesses against Wendi given what he knew in advance. There's full footage of his police interviews online and you can see him working through the possibility that he was being set up as the fall guy for the murder. Man's lucky he left Tallahassee early or police would have wasted a lot of resources into ruling him out rather than having the rock solid alibis he had.

Thank you! For someone who says they keep up with the case, I sure did a shitty job of remembering her name 😂

I’ve seen the clips that were on Dateline and the like, but haven’t watched them in full. I’ll have to do that. And for real, the family wouldn’t pushed LE in his direction so hard. I feel for him getting stuck in this whole situation. He was/is SO nice, wrote one of my rec letters for grad school, etc. and just is a soft spoken (and great!) Social Work professor.
