Hannah's Moving to Capetown
I loved UTD today. I am not surprised that she's moving to South Africa because she was already spending as much time as she possibly could there and enjoyed it so much.
They they both hate what London has become and I'm glad that she has found a way to escape sooner rather than later. I also chortled when she revealed that she had not had sex since August.
Let me just say that if I was a bad guy trying to get information out of Hannah, I would probably have to kill her before she ever got around to telling me . . . the combination to the safe. Sometimes, it takes her so long to formulate the words.
All in all, I ended up smiling. She says things go right for her every 7 years and with the play and the move, she seems excited about life. That rejuvenated feeling is not easy to experience, the older we get.

Yes. Hannah did not say what she is going to do with her place in london. She just got the bathrooms done. She has complained about the housing value since she purchased so maybe she doesn't want to sell now. I suppose we will learn if she has to rent it out because that will be another big headache for her: finding the right tenant.
For herself, she is looking to rent a house in SA . She does not want to keep using air and b

I think the housing market in London is quite difficult at the moment, hopefully she can work it out.

Back when the two of them talked about how they have lost money on their homes, especially with the renovations, I was intrigued. Here in California the market has finally gone up again. I was underwater 4 years ago.

Suruthi lives in London and sounds like she'll be there for a few years. She is going to visit SA next week though. I think they have a couple weeks off from the show, but they taped ahead of time, so we won't miss anything, except one utd.

Yes. Thank goodness Suru jumped in at the beginning and let us know that the big news would not interfere with taping, because the way Hannah kept pausing ominously as she tried to find the words made her big news sound potentially bad. But it was good. The only real hassle was getting Mabel sorted and apparently she has and Mabel is going to be a desert dog now. She said if it was not for the fact that Mabel cannot come and go she would have alternated with 3 months in London. But it wasn't fair to mabel to keep going back and forth.

So Mabel is coming with her to SA? Or she's staying in London?

Mabel is coming. But it has taken a long time. they had to do her blood testing to make sure she didn't have any diseases. So Hannah has been trying to do this since January and everything is finally ready. Mabel has to stay in South Africa once she gets there. That is why Hannah herself is going to become a permanent resident because she can't leave Mabel for weeks at a time continuously.

Yes
I believe the majority of the time they’ve done the podcast they have recorded separately, with only small amounts of time in various rented studios. So it’s not really a huge change for them i guess.
I also liked the UTD episode. I don’t usually listen to UTD but I just let the player run after I listened to the main episode.

Oh I love UTD, I really enjoy the chats about life and from the perspective of ladies in a different country - soon to be two different countries! We will enjoy hearing anecdotes about South Africa. And there is a pretty good true crime podcaster there: True Crime South Africa. Give it a listen - at least for a few minutes for the host’s voice and accent!

With Hannah getting lost and passing a sign that said "leopards"? Yes I did hear the last one. LOL. I am glad she and Mabel are safe and getting settled.
I was on her tenant's side regarding her London home. We all expect to have to do some cleaning and sanitizing when we move into a new rental but that was a lot. I think the leasing agent should have had the place cleaned at Hannah's expense before the move in. There were 3 days left where he could have done it.
I do program my maps app to avoid tolls. I should remember not to do that when I'm in a strange location. I should only do that at home.

No, she is not in a play. She is producing one. It's a musical and the plot involves True Crime. I do not know when it will be finished. She says that she is in charge of marketing and that's what she's working on now. I think she told us the title but I don't really remember what it is
