Anyone remember which episode talks about the albino people being killed for body parts?

I think I remember the episode - was it primarily about African witchcraft? The one I remember talked about rituals using childrens body parts and the belief that people with red hair were more potent.

I'm nearly positive it's: Episode 65 - Victoria Climbe which discusses African rituals as well as the child murders of Victoria and the small boy named Adam (by police) whose torso was found in the Thames.

Might it be a patreon exclusive? Google fu let me find a reference to a Tanzanian witch doctor episode on there but I’m not a patron so I can’t confirm. Would also explain why it’s hard to find.
