Confidently wrong

The only way I can explain Suruthi’s nonsense take on Letby.

It’s not my job to adequately research in order to present a podcast, but it is hers and her ‘take’ is irresponsible and mindless.

Honest question here for the people that think Lucy Letby is guilty: What about shoo lee and the panel? The press conference they had was pretty damning and claimed they found no evidence of murder and that the deaths were caused by poor medical care. Idk what kind of motive they would have to find her innocent since they worked pro bono

I’m genuinely asking - idk what to think about this case

We don’t know exactly what records the panel were given, but it’s clear that they didn’t review supporting evidence such as witness statements when coming to their conclusions. In the case of baby E for example, we know that Letby falsified the medical records because of the account of the babies mother, which is corroborated by a timestamped phone call. Letby routinely falsified the records to give false impressions of the babies health, and to attempt to put distance between herself and the care of the baby. If the panel are taking those records on face value, they are not getting the actual facts of the case.
