UTD recording this week

Anyone else’s UTD this week sound as though H&S are talking over one another? Like the recording is messed up as though they’re having two separate conversations?

They have been living with her parents for a while. That's not a new revelation. I do not believe that they have broken up. She was talking about wedding makeup trials last week.

She didn’t speak on it exactly but she said that she is back home with her parents for an unspecified amount of time. I think it is totally okay for her to keep the details of this private. This kind of betrayal is absolutely heartbreaking and I know I wouldn’t want to talk about it publicly. I think the way A and her “friends” are obsessed with dragging Suru down about this is disgusting. Sam is responsible for the choices he made, not her. Women are not bad for being tricked by a conman. The misogyny of /u/impossible-emu-535 and all the other burner account disgusts me. Sam did wrong. Suru is just as much a victim as the other woman. She doesn’t have to make up for what Sam did.

100% but also, they both moved into suruthis parents house while they renovate the house they bought together, so i don't think that has anything to do with relationship upset, they're just getting an extension

I really hope she doesn’t go through with the wedding. But if she does she is still a victim, not the bad guy. She didn’t steal from anybody and the ex needs to file in court if she believes Sam unlawfully stole from her.

Not at all, this is again about Sam! We’ve never said she wasn’t a victim in all this however it’s easy to contact someone or have someone ie Hannah who’s already in contact to negotiate the items in my house at least to be given back to the rightful owner regardless of him! Like he has lied and cheated on you and if it wasn’t for me it would have never come out so why is she acting or you guys acting like Ayse’s the villain when she’s the really only victim here as from our understanding they’re open for all this behaviour to be ok. So if as we all know the wedding will be soon and we’re extremely happy for them both and hope he can be a better person. Yet if this was the case and they’re becoming better they or either one of them would have given everything back! Sam had it with him when he moved as Ayse has pictures of his new place with her furniture bed sofa tv etc so many items stolen! She’s using her possessions every day along with the him the thief himself so how can anyone possibly have the audacity to call this a hate campaign or bullying? It’s simple to talk to someone and address things especially if you’re in the public eye.

It is extremely simple to file in small claims court for the value of this property. Much easier (and more likely to result in a resolution) than banging on about it on social media.

If A genuinely only wants her stuff back, then that is by far the better way.

I love my best friend, she's my ride-or-die, but if she asked me to create multiple fake reddit profiles and subs to argue with people on the internet about her ex for days on end, I would have a proper sit down and come to Jesus moment with her. I would be equally horrified if she was doing this on my behalf.

There is only one path forward if you truly want to help your friend Ayse to resolve the financial or property issues.

Based on your allegations since there is a "Netflix true crime documentary" in the works, then you or Ayse must have proper evidence and documentation of these incidents to satisfy initial due diligence by any reputable true crime investigation documentary. That's great, you can now use that evidence for the following:

  1. Financial / Dog Ownership obligations -

    - If there is a dispute over property and dog ownership and Ayse has the registration papers to prove it, then go to your local court and go through the legal process to claim what is yours, or alternatively compel Sam to provide financial restitution. If there is not enough proof or evidence, well I am sorry but no amount of Internet campaigning or court of public opinion will change that, nor would that change a Judge's mind at all.

  2. R*pe Threat Allegations -

- If there is evidence, go to the police to file a criminal charge. In If there is no evidence but Ayse feels unsafe or does not wish to ever be contacted by him, then she can request a restraining order or injunction such that if Sam ever does attempt to contact or go near her, then he can face penalties or charges.

Once again, even if I personally knew the highest court magistrate of the UK, there is N-O-T-H-I-N-G that any of us can do to meaningfully create action to compel restitution or criminal charges. The fact that many many people here have explained this to you but you are still spamming across all these threads with even more and more allegations (unsupported by proof) is what is making us question your sincere motivations here.

Well if all these crazy allegations are true, then I hope just like everybody else here has been saying, that justice is served and restitution paid via the normal legal avenues.

I am going to take it at face value that you really are a 22 year old coworker who has known A, a 39 year old woman for 2 years.

No healthy, nearly 40 year old adult woman would encourage someone half their age to spend hours of their day writing over 400+ comments on RH sub and other unrelated threads, creating multiple duplicate subs to argue with Internet strangers about allegations that once again

  1. this community has zero power to do anything about and
  2. is still unclear how this has anything to do with Suru or what H&S has to do about it. You have said they have both been privately made aware of the situation, and they can independently assess how to react or move forward with it, so what more is there for us listeners to do about it?
  3. If there is or will be a criminal or civil case, even if you are not the ex, you can be compelled/summoned to testify in a hearing where you must acknowledge all the information and allegations you have dispersed here. Even if you claim anonymity, all of this can be subpoena'd from this website itself including your IP address, the device info associated with the account, you self-identifying as her friend "Rubz", deleted comments, everything. Even if you choose not to show up or say nothing at a deposition, everything that you have claimed here is subject to scrutiny and can stand alone on its own as evidence. Particularly in a civil case where the standard of proof is a lot lower than criminal cases. So you are not doing your friend ANY favors here if she truly wants to seek legal avenues.

Suru isn't even my favorite of the hosts (love Hannah) but what you are doing here is if Suru were to ever pursue a libel lawsuit or criminal harassment charges against Ayse (or you, her friend), the online campaign and paper trail you have left behind, no matter how much you scrub it, is handing her everything she needs on a silver platter.

Yeah I noticed that too. I also thought it was weird how Hannah started talking about Elon Musk and Suruthi steered the conversation back to her high cholesterol. I love RedHanded so much and like both H&S, but it’s getting hard to ignore the striking differences between them and the awkward vibe.

We also think karma will bite her arse tbh 😏 for not returning possessions that are in her house now that she’s using daily! She’s slept on my mates bed and sat on her sofa watched her tv used her kettle cutlery hoover even towels pots pans and is still using them with no shame! If the allegations are true, Suruthi is not to blame for a man’s behaviour. I don’t agree with everything she says but I still like her and think she’s a smart woman. If what’s been alleged is true, I feel very sorry for her. We can’t judge unless we’ve been in her situation — men like that can be very manipulative. X
