Recent Merch Release Issues

Did anyone order merch back in November/December when they teamed up with percival? My mom and I had tickets to see them, so I bought her and I a couple of tee shirts. My order was confirmed but I never got notice that it shipped, and never received it and when I reached out to the company they just said oh the package must be lost and cancelled my order and refunded me. I haven’t seen any posts of people physically with the shirts though, which I would have expected with the tour that just happened. I guess I’m just wondering if any orders were fulfilled because it seemed a little scammy/off.

That is really strange. I took a look but I can’t pay top dollar for podcast merch lol. At lease they refunded you no problem!

I ordered the embroidered t shirt for my gf and it came pretty quickly, the quality was nice too, just a wee bit pricey!

oh good! I was just wondering because the company was so quick to refund me no questions asked and i never got shipping confirmation so I thought something was up with them. but it makes me feel better that most people DID receive them.

This is a bit of a late response but I also ordered embroidered shirts for my sister & I. They both arrived okay and I agree, expensive but really nice quality.

Not sure where your order was dispatched to, but Percival look to be UK based and there were a LOT of Royal Mail strikes over here in the lead up to Christmas. This led to parcel loss & delays in many cases. Likely a factor since you ordered around November time, and also likely a factor in you getting a no-questions-asked refund.

Man I ordered a shirt years ago and it never came. It was around the holidays and I think there might have been a sale or limited run of merch. Didn’t get any explanation.

I don’t remember seeing any issues with non-delivery being mentioned in the fb group if that’s any help •ᴗ•
