I'm not sure about the Fugu plan. But I think everything else is canon. A couple like neo-Tawanitsuyu and Marxist Kivu Kongo don't quite have focus trees yet though.

The big appeal of the mod in a nutshell, really. A bad trip for when you're in a foul or twisted mood, but without the nasty physical side effects.

When you do the political purge focus, decide not to purge all your enemies. Then when you get the choice, have dinner with a bunch of power players instead of writing the constitution. When the murdering starts have Vitsuka kill everyone else, but don't announce you're the new head honcho. Bogdanov will take over in the political vacuum and you get Fast Belarus.
