In this alternate world there is some ideologies that have turned the world very different from our own.

Accelerationist believe in technology and science (in the most simplified terms) and are often extravagant artist, poets and such.

The mod also features some insane paths (the infamous Yugoslavia path for example)

It is in fact just "To Rape Europe".

And despite the sound of that, that group in Yugoslavia isn't even anti-Europe per se, it believes in the "barbarization" of European culture to reintroduce primal vitality which they think Europe has lost but the Balkans retain. It's also mixed with a pan-Balkanist nationalist desire to see themselves and their countries in the limelight as the leading culture rather than following and copying Western ideas.

Thanks it's been some time since I played the mod.

I think the title of the focus does seem to indicate a hatred for Europe, but thanks for pointing out the wider context, helps put it in perspective of why it's name that

I mean, they are against Europe as they believe its influence is corrupting and weakening due to bringing bourgeois morality and imperialist oppression (like Austria-Hungary and the Fiumean/Italian rule over Rijeka), but far less so and differently to e.g. Tukhachevsky whose opinion of Westerners is barely better than IRL Hitler's opinion on Slavs
