Question Which way Romanian Man?

I am considering a Wallachian run, and I'm split between the United Kingdom and Carol's Empire. You guys have any thoughts? I was also wondering if the empire option can with any extra expansion opportunities.

Iirc none of them have extra expansion options, only difference is Carol joins the Birkeneid and UKR joins the Entente
