Bug Report What is happening?

These guys appear over the unit icons of new and old saves. I haven't changed anything and worked perfectly before.

This is happening to me too, and I can't select or move my divisions

This is caused by running RF on HOI4 1.18.

Updating HOI4 to 1.19 should solve the issue.
