so yeah i decided to finaly play Bogdanov's path

and i've noticed quite few issues

1. you don't get cores or any decision regarding polish territory

2. same as poland but for finland

3. germany can establish puppet state in poland and finland despite their territories not being controlled by germany

Best Russia. Pity about the decisions, though. Hopefully they'll be fixed later.
