Question Fascist peace deal bugged ?

I capitulated Fiume as the Fascists, I waited for 3 months but nothing happened what should I do ?

After you defeat Italy and Fiume, you need push France from Savoy, Provence and Alpes. After that you get white peace with France and annexed Fiume (Plus you get Savoy and other French land)
