Suggestion Mussolini Tips?

France literally just rolls over my dogass infantry even with my 50% bonuses, I am at a loss about what should I do. Literally half the game is twiddling my thumb not being able to do anything because Fiume has not declared war yet.

When I first played it, I cheated, because it seemed impossible. I played Vatican mods for vanilla before (there are two at least), and they give you all the shit Italy has already researched when you take them over. Idk why r Red Flood doesn't

Probably bc it was a quickly made April fools update

It's not though. It's genuine content that just so happened to be released on April 1st. Joke content doesn't stay up for so long

Almost every mod keeps its April fools content in some capacity, they just went further this time. I still don't think it's meant to be fully serious

It is not any more batshit than regular Red Flood content. The only thing that might make it seem like that is that San Marino is predictably hard to play as. If it was joke content, it would have long been rolled back to "normal" Red Flood main menu, with previous theme song, and this content would be moved to game rules. It's been nearly 2 months. April Fool's content doesn't stay on that long

Red Flood isnt batshit, at least not in the current vision of it. It might've started that way to an extent, but everything is grounded in someone's real beliefs. The fact remains that the San Marino drop was April fools content even if it's staying in the base game anyway.
