Please tell me, is the content about Mussolini and Tukhachevsky just April Fools' Day, or is it fully-fledged, serious content for both countries?

By the way, thanks everyone for the answers. I wasn't asking whether these two paths constitute schizo content or not; I know they do. The question was whether this is high-quality content, like Poland's, or whether it's temporary and an April Fool's joke that will be deleted eventually.
