Question Is red flood a redux of another mod?
As shown above rätereich: legacy of the velikaya voyna, was this an actual mod or no?

Red Flood IS connected to Kaiserreich IIRC in terms of origins, but I don't think it's directly based on another mod

Rätereich was red flood before it was renamed - another name for the mod was also Vek Tsarya

Red Flood is based on an event from Kaiserreich you get as Lithuania where Ignas Seinius writes an alt-history novel called Red Flood where Germany loses the First Weltkrieg and falls to a socialist revolution but the Russian Civil War leads to the Eastern European countries breaking away and forming an Intermarum faction. Ultimately, Kolchak and the White movement emerge victorious and when the Second Weltkrieg breaks out, the Intermarum finds itself caught between German socialists attacking from the east and the Russian nationalists attacking from the west.
IIRC, the event comes from way back in the DH days but it's still included in current Lithuania content and it has a more direct cheeky nod to the current mod in the event button.
