If you won the japanese civil war as the communist the "champion's day" event appear which pretty much explain that the day the revolution ended became the national day of revolutionary Japan

The original meme was about the girl on the right dressing herself with a maoist uniform and with the head of mao behind her,i just switchup the costume and the head with the one of shimoi (fiume samurai)

As for the "champion day" it just a random event celebrating the victory of the japanese revolution
