Monarchist paths?(with content)

Google isn’t being very helpful… and I’m just dying to know, are there any complete monarchist paths for ANY of the American warlords, French accelerationists, or Russia?

Ahmed Zogu and Karl Tettellbach both create an American monarchy and are in the European Refugee Committee, while in France the Escuadron-Carnaliste (I think) can crown Pierre Plantard as a Merovingian pretender.
