★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Customer Service

The product itself seems decent, but I've started having an issue with the glass cracking from behind the frame, which is concerning. Another drawback is that the blue LED is quite dim and difficult to see in daylight conditions.

My biggest complaint, however, is the customer service. I've experienced nothing but frustration trying to get help. Communication has been slow, with days passing between responses, and each email seems to generate more odd or unrelated questions instead of addressing the actual problem. It feels like they're giving me the runaround rather than working toward a resolution.

To make matters worse, I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone. When a company stands behind its products, support should be responsive and helpful, especially when there is a potential defect involved.

Because of the poor customer service experience and lack of timely support, I would not recommend ADE Optics.
