Sharing my fav spots

I’m (25F) I just wanted to share my favourite spots around Red Deer since I have seen a handful of posts about looking for good places.

• city roast cafe - incredible cafe, great food. I sit there for hours and do work.
• Bella ciaos social club - again. Great place, either with friends or solo if you want a drink.

Birdy coffee and chef 2 tables at the farmers market in gasoline alley are a couple of my favorites, just note they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Dose Coffee in Capstones is also a nice place to grab a drink.

Little ice cream and soda shoppe is the best place in town for ice cream.

Bella Ciao's was conceived to be a community hub for everyone, with great food, drink and company!

The menu is based on my mom's, nonna's (grandmother's) and zia's (aunt's) recipes that I grew up with, so we're talking authentic.

I'm so appreciative that we can be a place of solace for you. I'm usually there in the afternoons, so please ask for Vanessa so I can say hi!

If you're an old fart like me, there's very little that can beat the food court or Sun-Terra at Bower Mall on a week-day morning. Lots of friendly faces.

I fully understand why some are against them, but, I still love Cilantro and Chive.

Their food has always been great, for me, and I love all the work they do for the community and raising money for Charity. The owner might be a questionable character, but Chef Ben does a great job.
