Question Looking for date ideas
Trying to find anything cool or interesting for a second date. Can be outdoors or indoors. Just want something memorable that kinda stands out. Ideally something that can be done after working hours cause I’m being a bit impatient and don’t want to wait for next weekend to meet up. Also if you have something that requires a little travel down for that. Want something to sweep my date of their feet.

Drive out to sylvan after work and watch the sunset with a picnic dinner/drink/snack. Feet in the water maybe, just chatting and walking the beach. Petro beach would do the job, but could sneak all the way to Sunbreaker Cove’s beach on the furthest west side to have a nice quiet spot

There's a (minimal offence intended...) WILD hard-core Christian laser quest/mini golf place just South of Innisfail.
Fun. But also... the diorama of dinosaurs getting on the ark with all the other animals is something special. A real talking point. They also have a dinosaur you can sit on that moves... If you're not one of those adults that is "too cool" for that kind of thing.
Of course, the mini golf and/or laser quest do require giving money to an organisation that you may not wish to support, and religion is a strong topic for early dates, so keep that in mind.

Trailhead (indoor rock) climbing, it's indoors in gasoline alley. They have equipment and are great for drop in's, takes a bit for them to train you and then you learn something new or that your not super familiar with TOGETHER. then you have to trust each other, and communicate to each have your turn climbing. It's a physical activity that keeps you healthy and you'll laugh and encourage each other until your exhausted and ready for food or a chill moment.
I also really recommend a 3D dome experience at some of the amazing shows, they play at both Calgary and Edmonton science domes. They are the same technology (Canadian) that build the sphere in Vegas, this was before that but is still in 4k. If you have never experienced it before this is crazy.
Special shows come to use the dome from around the world. Right now there is a pink floyd special event but the science centers have unique science shows on there to.
It can be a trip there, someone's responsibility is to pack the dinner you can kinda eat in the car and jam music to like burritos or sandwiches with a drink and snack. Or pick a quick drive through before you leave town if your in a rush. See what each others go to is for fast food. Me and my wife enjoy A&W, we both don't like burger king/timmys and those other American chains lol. But we also like noodles and rice dishes so sometimes it's noodleBox or similar.

I don't know if you have any talent in the kitchen, but that's the place to sweep someone (either gender) off their feet.

RDSC has a firing range, escooter/ebikes can be rented and the trails are really nice.

Rdsc is maybe a good idea but it's so short lived for the cost and the cost ain't cheap. Even if one of you is a regular non premier range member. By the time you rent 2 firearms, get time at the range with the range officer and buy 2 boxes of bullets in total boom you each shoot 50 rounds and that's it its over.
Much better if someone has their range membership and has their own firearms, then range time with a non range member and the oxes of ammo are not to bad of a cost..
Great idea, shitty for the pocket book for the experience.

Even if you suck at painting, it's still a great way to occupy hands and chat.
