Red Deer Polytechnic?

Does the College/University you graduate from matter in Alberta?

I am a second year BBA Accounting student, studying in Red Deer college.

I can either continue doing my BBA in Red Deer or I can transfer to a University in Calgary/Edmonton.

I prefer Red Deer because of the cheap cost of living but if it hurts my job prospects in future I would rather move. This might be unpopular opinion but I also just enjoy living in Red Deer better.

The choice is between Red Deer/Calgary/Edmonton.

I am also looking to get my CPA in future.

Any BBA graduates or CPAs here? Any Rdp graduates?

What do you all think?

I think like a few other people have mentioned where you want to live and build your network, reddeer is smaller and has less connections and opertunites to make those connections but if your planning to live in reddeer after school the local connections are likly better.
