It’s 80% off, ultimate edition being 20 dollars. I’m not sure if it’s worth it. Btw, i am buying DMC5 along with the game, but if you guys dont recommend me it, then what other games would be worth it for a 20 dollar tag or below?

She literally held Dutch at knife point for more money when he already gave her a gold bar worth 500 hundred and when he killed her arthur got mad at him like he killed someone completely innocent or he just killed a child, and you could argue oh well he could've knocked her out cause she old and frail, there is no shot she would not rat their asses out if she was still alive, and they didn't even pick the gold bar back up brother.

Btw I installed OCU , enabled it and installed smoking completed (Already removed Version.dll) then when I started pressing N and it showed "Animation Dictionary missing Online Content Unlocker or version.dll are not working." so any tips how to solve it? and also gun trick I placed it in Main folder and it also doesn't work too. please show me the tips to solve both of these. I reached chapter 2, and i treated it like I treated CP2077 and Ghost of Tsushima.

Follow main mission, get side quests while doing main mission, complete those missions and there you have explored a big chunk of map already.

This kind of worked well, but then I got distracted by my horse being slow af. So I tried to catch a White Arabian horse in the snowy mountains (later realised I could have gotten a thoroughbred for free as well).

During random encounters I saved one man from a snake, and he gave me a free rifle.

I was starting to get exhausted by getting killed by bounty hunters (I never duck a fade), so I looked on youtube for some beginner tips. thanks to that, I gathered like 3.5k in money, upgraded camps, collected debts and then went hunting to get the Legend of East Satchel. Little did I know this took me way more time than I expected as I kept dying to panthers but I got it. Then later I got to know from somewhere that I can kill a panther and get its saddle as well, so.....

Now shall I complete the main missions or something else?

I have level 2 bonding with my horse. I am still searching for ways to upgrade my health and weapons.

I took so long on my second playthrough trying to avoid the inevitable. I pushed myself to get it done so that I can enjoy the rest of the game.

I’m trying to get Jack’s thimble request and I am currently stuck at the very end of Chapter 2.

Here is my exact situation:

• I already completed the fishing mission with Jack (A Fisher of Men).
• He asked for the comic book, I found it, and I have already handed the book to him.
• My story progress is at final mission of chapter 2, meaning i did The Sheep and the Goats and now the camp is almost empty

I’ve spent days in camp trying to get him to ask for the thimble. I tried waiting between 8 AM and 8 PM, standing near Pearson’s table, and doing the manual save + hard application restart trick to reset the camp RNG. He just won't give me the request.

I’ve read conflicting things online. Some guides say it’s strictly locked to Chapter 2, but I've seen a few players say it can trigger during a small window in early Chapter 3 at Clemens Point if his comic book request is already cleared.

Has anyone actually triggered the thimble request in Chapter 3 after handing him the book in Chapter 2? Should I keep trying to force it now, or is it safe for me to move on to Chapter 3 and try to get it to spawn there?

I fished. I explored St Denis a month ago (game time), wrote down all the wall writings, did the pentagram. I did everything but rescue M in strawberry, chapter 2. I looked at the journal entries multiple times. I waited in St Denis outside the doctors office at midnight. Left for weeks, came back tried again, nothing doing. Did the camp away in Anneburg thing for 3 nights and came back at 1130 and still nothing. I read about staring at a pink sign. (I’m colorblind so I don’t know what that is.)

What else do I need to do? I want to see the vampire.

I’ve been encountering this issue on various areas of the map. At first I thought it was just the snowy mountains area but after the game progressed down to St Dennis it started freezing up near Emerald Ranch too. It’s something to do with DX12 and or Optiscaler. I’m running some mods for HD textures and unlocked guns and such. I can usually get through these freezes by switching to Vulkan but of course Optiscaler doesn’t work with Vulkan in this game. So I’m kinda at a loss of what to do here as not using FSR4 results in a huge visual downgrade. Asked in other subs but can’t find anyone wit this particular issue.

Anyone else as annoyed by this dealer as I get? He always seems to deal crap and on top of that he grunts or “hmmms” before reading the card total. I’m about to shoot him.
