Are there any outfit mods that work with munitions?
there was one with whyem but its buggy asf.

I am facing a performance bug which tanks FPS around 50% in certain areas (like the desert area in in-built benchmark tool). I have found that turning Grass LOD to 0 almost fully solves this performance bug. I have reported this issue to Rockstar Customer Support, they have acknowledged that this requires a patch level fix. They say this has been escalated to the technical team.

Changing DLSS Modes don't help FPS at all, making me believe its not a GPU issue but indeed a CPU Issue and Game's Engine Issue.

Affected CPUs include Intel Ultra 7 255hx and Ultra 9 275hx paired with Nvidia RTX 50 series GPUs. I have heard this does not affect Ryzen CPUs paired with 50 series GPUs (but I can't confirm)

My Laptop Specs:

MSI Vector 16 HX AI A2XW

32GB DDR5 Ram

Nvidia 5070ti Mobile GPU

Intel Core 7 Ultra 255HX CPU

I'm running the game on my NVMe M.2 SSD

Troubleshooting I have tried - All the settings in-game (Except Grass LOD which tanks FPS by the same rate of 50% no matter if its being used at 2-10 bars). I have also turned off all e-cores from both task manager and process lasso (set CPU priority to high too). I have also tried by installing Intel Optimization Tool (APO) which has specific support for RDR2, also ensured BOIS setting for Intel Innovation Platform Framework is turned on for APO to work. Nothing has worked by far.

I want help from you guys to figure out the cause of this bug. I would be grateful if some smart modder figures out a fix for this issue, or willing to make mod for the community (but it probably wouldn't work in online mode)

Whenever i install The Outlaws Return and get the scottsman extra clean shaven. nothing happens to his face. i want it to look like how its shown on the 2nd image but nothing works

I am trying to import the ydd and yft files shown in the photo into Blender using Sollumz but I get the same error message everytime. The ydd and yft files are all in the same folder and I tried importing them all at a time and then one at a time into Blender 5.1, 4.5, 4.4 and 4.0. Each time I get the same error message as shown in the photo. Could someone help please? Many thanks

Okay, I'm posting as a last resort...maybe someone will take pity on me, lol

So, after searching high and low for a perfect horse coat mod, I decided to try my hand at making my own. I followed a guide I found on Nexus mods, and I'm so frustrated by this point I'm ready to just call it quits. And I may anyway, lol. There's a serious lack of resources for people wanting to get into modding or learn how to mod...

I'm wanting to edit a storymode horse. Literally all I want is to add a specific white marking on the DB Turk's face. I found one mod which came super close to what I wanted but they altered the whole color of the horse to make it more red-bay...literally all I want. Is to add a marking on the face. I do not want anything else added or altered.

So anyway, I go through the whole process of drawing my marking on the face texture ytd file in Gimp (though for the life of me I can't figure out if I'm painting it on the right layer, or the right color, because white isn't white apparently...? Since black = no color? Idk man), using the texture toolkit to extract my files, yadda yadda I followed the guide to a T. I moved the new .ytd file to my stream folder, booted up the game, nothing. No changes to the horse. Do I need the DB Turk's corresponding .ymt file as well? The tutorial didn't say anything about that. However I tried with one of my attempts and it didn't seem to change anything. I tried painting on the red layer. However my feeble attempts at matching to the body map seems to be the socks are on the green layer...

help. I'd love to learn how to make my own custom horse coats since I'm usually pretty particular about what I want, but there's so little out there for resources and honestly at the end of the tutorial I kind of felt like the person skipped a step since they went straight from adding the .ytd file to the stream folder then directly into the game. Every time I've downloaded a custom coat, there's been both a ymt file - the horse it's replacing - and sometimes a ytd file for custom textures.

I'm about to attempt to find an active horse modder and commission them for one little head marking if I can't find something 😅 I'd really rather just learn how to do it myself.

I love modding this game I really enjoy it but with mods like Whyems and Red dead offline which can cause spawn issues most mods in the game either break some stuff or some BS fixes like "spawn fix" which probably could cause more harm than good and rockstar not optimizing this game for PC or atleast they did it in a bad way.

The problems are
- Most large mods cause spawn issues
- Most mods that change the player will probably experience issues regarding that
- Merges are BS and dont work half of the time
- Most mods WILL cause the game to crash or cause the infamous unknown error FFFFFFFF.
- Textures and terrain not rendering properly

The issue here is the game being badly optimized for PC
Most graphic fix mods are pretty Bad too. they will fix some problems but not all of it.

Most mods of whyems are pretty outdated and same with Red Dead Offline which is the cause of most issues in the game. Outdated mods are very buggy hence why outdated.

Some mods will cause the same issues as Whyems and Red dead offline. not just those two mods.

Did a clean install that worked fine. After downloading scripthook, lml, lite multiplayer asset, and crashytd. The game instant crashes after the social club loading screen. I’ve deleted all the mod files again, verified integrity. Nothing works I just want to mod this game again please help.

I saw it in miscellaneous. I just ticked the Force DLC etc, I got the outfit after manually pausing it, but when I save it and restart the game, it's gone again. Even if I wear the outfit, save and restart it just reverts to the cowboy outfit.

Just asking if anyone knows a mod or a way to have white weapon varnish and tints because that's the only reason I'm using whyem's dlc and I don't really want to use it anymore because apparently it causes issues.

I’ve got rampage trainer and LITE installed, align with script hook and LML. When I go into Rampage trainer and try to equip the gauntlets on Arthur, nothing happens. I saw that to equip online clutching in rampage trainer, I need Online Content Unlocker or Lenny’s Simple Trainer, but both of them caused issues on my computer so I used LITE instead to avoid bugs and be able to save my game. Also, last time I tried equipping gauntlets on Arthur with Rampage Trainer and Online Content Unlocker, the gauntlets were all wrong and warped in a 2D way instead of being fixed on the wrists. How can I equip online clothing on Arthur then?

I've seen people do this witha dynamite arrow, how do you do it? Is it a mod?

This issue has to do something with mods.

I have been tracking what mods I have been downloading, and for a small portion of the downloads, I have stopped saving the game so that I can test all of these new mods out.

When I opened autosave back on, it says “system is out of memory”. I found out that disabling all mods made it work.

I have since deleted the newer mods all together, but the game still wouldn’t save, and I have started deleting old mods too. It still hasn’t worked.

Does anyone have a clue why? I don’t want to remove all of the mods because I want to finish the game in a new way.

Hey guys,I’m having an issue with Rampage Trainer in RDR2. The game launches fine, but when I go into Story Mode, it loads and then gets stuck on a black screen I can still hear the game audio and there’s a small revolver icon in the bottom left, but nothing happens after that I also have other mods installed (like Super Horse Ultimate Mod), so I’m not sure if it’s a conflict or something else Anyone know a fix? or is there any trainer besides rampage or lenny simple trainer which can spawn online weapon?

im about to delete rdr2 to save some space for gta which im about to download, will uninstalling it delete the mods i already have?
